Instructors Bio

Born and raised in Michigan, Nicole Brown moved to Los Angeles to study cosmetology at the Vidal Sassoon Academy, where she discovered her passion for hair design. After extensive training in LA and Chicago, she worked in the Orange County and San Francisco Sassoons and worked her way up to Asst. Creative Director. Nicole has taught advanced creative cutting classes in London, San Francisco, and Los Angeles; she believes that the key to mastery of the craft is continued education and training. After leaving Sassoon, she co-owned Oso & Miggs Salon for three years, and is now the proud owner of Tailored Salon for 4 years.
